Ryan is a native North Carolinian, born and raised in Southern Pines — and yes, if you're wondering, he does love golf.

But more than anything, Ryan loves serving people. That passion led him from college ministry and nonprofit fundraising into home services — and ultimately, to starting Big Red Roofing.

“I Wanted to Build a Business for My Community”

Ryan’s professional background spans event management, full-time ministry with Young Life, and working closely with families in the Triangle. He saw firsthand how frustrating home projects could be, especially when homeowners felt ignored or pressured.

Big Red Roofing was created to change that. To make people feel seen. Heard. Respected.

It’s roofing work done the right way, the way Ryan would want it done on his own home.

Ryan lives in Cary with his wife and their two young boys, where you'll often find them outside walking greenways, visiting area parks, or finding new local restaurants on date night. He loves his community and grateful for the many blessings the Lord has graciously shared with him. This is more than a business for him. It’s a calling to serve his neighbors.
